Welcome to Clubfeast Inc. ("we," "our," "us"). By using our catering delivery and setup services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services Provided

   We arrange catering services for corporate clients, sourcing food from restaurants ("Restaurant Partners") at negotiated discounted rates.

2. Payment Terms

   We will remit payment to Restaurant Partners around 12 business days from the delivery date. All payments will be processed based on agreed-upon rates and delivery terms.

3. Order Accuracy and Quality

   Restaurant Partners are responsible for ensuring the accuracy, portion size, and quality of all delivered orders. If a client reports issues, such as portion inaccuracies, delays, or other service-related problems, we may issue refunds, chargebacks, or discounts, which will be deducted from future payments to the Restaurant Partner.

4. Cancellations and Modifications

   Any order cancellations or modifications must be communicated at least 72 hours in advance. Late changes may result in partial or full charges to the Restaurant Partner.

5. Liability

   We act solely as a facilitator between clients and Restaurant Partners. Restaurant Partners hold full responsibility for compliance with food safety and legal obligations.

6. Termination

   Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' notice. However, any outstanding orders or payments must be completed.

7. Governing Law

   This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State the Restaurant Partner is located in.

8. Acceptance of Terms

   By partnering with us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
